Sushi 101 with the Moore and Lindsey Fam
A rustic cabin weekend in Northern Georgia calls for nothing other than Sushi. You may have smores on your cabin weekend trips, but us Moore-Lindsey-McQuain families do it up right with a little help from the fruits of the sea.
With the help of a rice cooker, an iphone, and a youtube tutorial we were quite successful if I do say so myself. Our choice, the California Roll. There aren't too many fresh fish sources in Northern GA. We thought the California would be our best bet. I will also mention that we were out of suran wrap...this is what you normally wrap your bamboo mat with so your sushi does not stick, we used a large ziploc instead. Feast your eyes! Now go make your own!

Just in case the sushi was a bust Erin made us some Teriyaki Chicken too, a little warm sake on the side. :-) |

Turner + Rash Album
Wedding albums can be tricky. After many scrutinizing hours a 10x10 album for the bride and two 6x6 albums for the mothers is complete. It had been a while since I had perused the photos of the Rash's wedding. What a beautiful day it was, obviously. Below are some of the page designs Mr. and Mrs. Rash will enjoy in their album for years to come. Happy almost anniversary to the beautiful couple!
What wedding album isn't complete without a quick look inside the party bus? |
